If This Helps One Person
Connection Over Validation
I write about vulnerable topics and real experiences because I hope it helps you, the reader.
I’m also healing.
Blogging became an outlet for me. A place to process trauma. A place to say the things that are hard to say out loud.
And I’ll be honest.
Sometimes it’s hard to hit publish.
I’m a very private person. I live alone with Sir Kit Kat and spend most of my time alone. So putting my thoughts out into the world doesn’t come naturally.
But I keep doing it.
Because if even one person reads something I write and thinks, “Me too,” then it’s worth it.
My goal isn’t fame. It isn’t going viral.
It’s connection.
Community matters to me more than income. Yes, income matters too. A girl has to eat. 😉 But the relationships I build here? The conversations? The friendships that grow from a simple comment?
Those matter deeply.
Some days, those are the only real conversations I have.
Helping one person feel less alone in a world that can be incredibly cruel means more to me than applause ever could.
Because I know what it feels like to be surrounded by people and still feel alone.
Impact feels different than validation.
Validation is about someone telling you that you’re good enough.
Impact is about someone realizing they are.
And that’s why I keep writing.
💛 Your Turn
Has someone else’s words ever helped you feel less alone?
Leave a comment on the blog and tell me about it. I read every single one.
